Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to Caribou County Busted Mugshots, a private reference service that explains official record routes in Caribou County and Idaho. By using the pages, a visitor accepts these terms. Anyone who does not accept them should stop using the service.

Caribou County Busted Mugshots is privately owned and has no affiliation with a government body, Sheriff, police department, jail, court, or corrections department. Neither this service nor its advertising partners provides FCRA-covered services. The service points to record resources in Caribou County and Idaho; it is not a private investigation firm and is not a consumer reporting agency.

What the Service Is

This is a private reference service. It does not store official jail, booking, court, or corrections records and cannot confirm custody, release a person, file a request, or change a government record. It describes routes such as the Caribou County Sheriff public-records form, the Soda Springs city form, Idaho iCourt, and the IDOC search.

Links and search tools may connect visitors with outside providers. A link does not turn the destination into a government source or create a guarantee about its data, price, uptime, or response.

Rules for Lawful Use

Use the pages only in ways permitted by law and by these terms:

  • Do not use the service to break a law or another person’s rights.
  • Do not stalk, threaten, harass, intimidate, or publish private information about a person.
  • Do not use records or search results for decisions barred by the FCRA limits below.
  • Do not attempt to enter, test, or disrupt systems without authorization.
  • Do not run bots, scrapers, or automated requests that burden the service or a linked provider.
  • Do not interfere with another visitor’s access or the normal operation of the pages.

FCRA Boundary

Caribou County Busted Mugshots is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not prepare consumer reports, credit reports, or background reports, and neither it nor an advertising partner supplies a screening service. Information from these pages may not be used for an FCRA-covered purpose, including:

  • hiring, firing, promotion, or other employment decisions;
  • tenant selection or housing decisions;
  • credit, lending, or insurance pricing;
  • licensing, permits, benefits, or government-program eligibility; or
  • any other purpose governed by the FCRA.

Outside Links

The pages link to Sheriff and jail resources, city forms, Idaho court and corrections portals, federal locators, news outlets, and third-party tools. Those destinations control their own content, privacy practices, records, fees, and availability. Review their terms before supplying information or relying on a result. A link is provided for reference and is not an endorsement.

Provided Without Warranties

All content is supplied on an “as is” and “as available” basis. No promise is made that information will be:

  • accurate, complete, or current;
  • available without interruption;
  • free of errors, bugs, or security weaknesses; or
  • complete in the results returned by a partner tool.

Custody details and public records can change quickly. Nothing on these pages is an official statement from a Sheriff, jail, court, corrections department, or other government agency.

Liability Limits

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caribou County Busted Mugshots and the people who operate it are not liable for losses or damages arising from access to, inability to access, or reliance on the service, its content, or a linked provider.

Your Responsibility to Protect Us

By using the service, you agree to defend and hold harmless Caribou County Busted Mugshots and its operators from claims, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, that result from your use of the pages, your breach of these terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.

Ownership of Materials

Unless a different owner is identified, the text, layout, graphics, logo, and code used by Caribou County Busted Mugshots belong to the service operator or its content partners. Copying, distributing, selling, adapting, or modifying those materials requires written permission, except where law expressly allows it.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be revised at any time. A new version becomes effective when posted on this page. Continued use after a revision means the updated terms apply to that use.

Access May End

Access to some or all of the service may be limited, suspended, or blocked at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. This includes access restrictions used to protect the service, its visitors, or a provider linked from the pages.

Idaho Law Applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without applying conflict-of-law rules that would select another jurisdiction. Any dispute must be filed in a court located in Idaho, unless a controlling law requires another forum.

If One Part Fails

If a court finds a provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected language will be narrowed or adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable while preserving its purpose.

Questions About Use

Questions about these terms may be sent through the Get in Touch page. Questions about a jail record, court case, or custody status must go to the originating agency or clerk.
